Founder & CEOKerry has 30 years of experience, including 15 years at Europe’s leading social research institute – the National Centre for Social Research, which is renowned for its emphasis on high-quality research. Her research has been cited more than 5,000 times, with more than 15,000 reads.
Kerry is a Cambridge graduate and is an Honorary Professor at Nottingham Trent University in the UK.

Senior Research Director and Chief StatisticianRussell has 30 years’ experience in social and government research, including 20 years at Arcadia Social Research and its two predecessors – 3arc Social and DBM Social/DBM Consultants as Head of Analytics and Senior Research Director. He also spent 7 years working within government agencies, including Director of Consumer Research at the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, Acting Director of Research & Analysis at Medicare Australia, and Senior Research Officer at Tourism Research Australia. Russell has also worked as an academic for several years at ANU and UNSW and has produced more than 60 academic publications, with 8,000 citations. He has Qualified Professional Researcher (QPR) industry accreditation.
